FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Do you provide sample bags before finalizing the order?

We don't practise business by providing sample bags, since all the bags are manufactured against order, once the customer places the order, we go for the manufacturing process. So we don't keep sample bags to carry.

2. How much time will it take for the complete procedure for an order?

Once the customer approve the proof and after the confirmation of the payment, we shall start the printing process and deliver the bags in ten working days time. Then the bags can be shipped across in three to four days, which is to be door delivered.

3. Could I choose the bag for any other event, other than wedding?

Yes, you can choose any bag for any occasions. In this case, you have to send the text to us as a word document, so that we can prepare the proof and sent it across for approval.

4. Which are the courier services you offer for shipment?

We shall make the shipment through DHL, UPS couriers and Fedex.
